cubase 8 upgrade

hi,

i have bought cubase le5 i long time ago.

and 10 days before i buy cubase 8 artist (upgrade version for le5).

i install it and when i want to put the licence on i can t select my cubase le5

i need help to understand why it s dont work

Hi and welcome,

Cubase Artist licence is stored on the USB-eLicenser. If you don’t own one, you have to buy it separately.

Then, during the Activation of this upgrade, you Jave to transfer your Cenase LE licence to the USB-eLicenser first. Just drag-and-drop the licence from the Soft- to USB- in the eLCC application, please. Once the transfer is done, you can activate your upgrade.
