Where you able to ever fixed this? I got version 9.5 with error similar than yours whenever I start Cubase.

First of all, I would recommend to update to the latest Cubase 9.0.x, which is available.
As far as I can see, the crash is in the VST3Connect component. If you don’t use this component, you can just remove it. If you use it, make sure, the component is up to date, please.
