Hi! I have been able to update cubase faithfully through 3X and npw on 9.5.30 I download the installer and after clicking it always crashes. I can open all the old ones. Is there a way to get ahold of a extracted update? Or is there a way to figure out how to update this?

Wondering if you get an error message (like I do), or 9.5.30 installer just crashes and becomes unresponsive?
I’ve been unable to update to 9.5.30 - the installer just shows me the message:
"an installation package for the product Steinberg Cubase 9.5 cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package ‘Cubase95.msi’
Hey, I still never go this to open, Once it trys to extract it just crashes… it opens on my laptop but that is not my music computer, I would really like to update.
SOLVED - Windows needs to be updated fully.
