Cubase 9.5.40 LE one issue after another ?

Installed Cubase 9 LE as as usual, error after error and internet search for solutions after internet solutions…after 30 hours sitting in a chair and sore back wondering if I should just go old school, get some hardware and do it the good old fashion way and get the job done.Time I spend updating Windows, install / reinstalling and reading the same terrible posts and poor solutions has me at the end of my rope.
Do not answer this post unless you know what your talking about or have an actual solution please and save me and the world yet another part of their lives to waste
After installing a Fresh Winodws 7 OS and endless hours of updates I finally got the program to at least start without the dreaded “SYSOPOS” error.
Windows updates seemed to get me past that issue but too bad NO ONE knows which specific update was needed to fix this and wasted all that time installing a bunch of other garbage.Yes,half the time Windows upodate does more harm thatn good and maybe would be nice if we knew specific updates needed for CUBASE ?
My laptop is not DOA from updates trying to get this to work now on older custom desktop and finally have Cubase up and running.I have what seems it to be working but a lot there to go through yet as I am 100% new to using it.But after startup,I select PRODUCTION and then choose ANY of the choices and after selecting CREATE,I get a small window that shows “Loading mixConsole”…it begins progress (loading channel drums) to about 1/16 through and crashes.I get error CUBASE 9 LE AI Elements has stopped working popup. I can select then FIND SOLUTION ONLINE (Yeah right) or CLOSE which actually does close at least.I tried reinstalling several times and updating with latest…no luck.
It really sucks when you are trying to do what seems already a job,but on top of it trying to solve errors on software on top of it with absolute no solutions. Not sure about most people, but I am a guitar playing not a computer engineer and would actually like to record just a simple track…at least ? Nerds are for computers, musicians play music and have girlfriends or wives too.
Maybe I should go back to my Tascam Portastudio 424 and get the job done.
Now another hour trying to get images of errors on here :frowning:

For the record and to save a life I had managed to get Cubase to function fully it seems on my laptop.
Not sure why only one works without errors but will take it.
After a few weeks,I can now start actually learning how to use it.
The key to a working Cubase is installing EVERY single update Windows can throw at you.Keep checking Windows updates even after you have already downloaded and installed them for 2 days  If I were Steinberg, here is a good suggestion…follow the same market as those who sell custom Stock market computers like this for example - http://falcontradingsystems.com/ or even Like serious gamer`s use for another example - https://www.digitalstorm.com/ or even Alienware Gaming PCs: Laptops, Desktops and Consoles | Dell USA
How about a Steinbergware model that has all needed to run this software?
Just an opinion since you really do need the latest and greatest of everything to run this stuff.

It’s 2018 and you’re using Windows 7.

Nuff said.

I have upgraded my computer intensively. I have it setup well now.
Just had to shell out some money for a powerful PC
