I’m demoing Cubase 9.5 to see if I want to upgrade, and I just downloaded and installed the Cubase 9.5.41 demo, and when I open my key commands menu it color wheels for a good 10 seconds before it opens. In cubase 8.5 this window opened instantly, and I use it a lot as I tend to forget key commands.
I also tried booting in safe mode (disabling the preferences) and loading a new empty project and it still takes 10 seconds / spinning color wheel for the key commands window to pop up. 
I know this will drive me nuts if I upgrade, so hopefully it can be solved or I guess I’m forced to stick with Cubase 8.5
Any idea why this is happening and how to resolve it?
