Cubase 9.5.5 Elements 48khz?

I use Focusrite Scarlet Solo 2nd gen. How can I work in 48khz 24bit with it. Cubase only lets to use 44khz with it?
Wavelab uses still 48khz 24bit?
How can I use 48khz 24bit workflow from recording to mastering.
Focusrite Scarlet Solo ASIO window ‘cracks’ and turns it back to 44khz from 48kh?

Set the Sample Rate in Project Setup (Shift + S) window in Cubase, please.
