Cubase 9.5: Do VSTi-only projects benefit from new audio engine?

Hi,

I would think a new audio engine is the most thrilling new feature. Instead its only on the 5th place on the website. What about it?

How could you do an A/B with v9? Does a VSTi-only project benefit also?

Any thoughts?
