Hi, I am busy working with Cubase 9.5 elements for a couple of months now. Recently bought a new computer and connected my Focusrite Scarlette 2i2. Everything seems normal, but when I try to record a guitar there appears just a flat line, no wave form.
Already checked my VST settings: they are all active and well connected. Gain is up. I can hear the guitar in cubase and also see the signal in the track and in the mixer. Can record midi without any problems.
I run out of thoughts! Anyone please help??

My reply is of no help at all , just have exactly the sameproblem …and don’t see any reply that solved your problem
Make sure you have got the correct input selected on the track you are recording to.
