I am currently out of options - Poland’s steinberg support is non-existant and doesn’t respond on any email. Steinberg’s support said that can’t help me, because they can’t access my steinberg account if I am out of US. Maybe someone can point me where to ask for help
The issue:
I bought spider V amp back in 2017 and the Cubase 9.5 LE license was included. I have that license activated on my steinberg account (reactivated it on 25.01.2025). I tried to download that app, but my code shows that I can download Cubase 11 LE AI, therefore when I try to launch Cubase 11 it says I don’t have license for it, so I kind of stuck in a weird license loop that I can’t escape.
Is there any way to access Cubase 9.5 in my case or is it a lost cause?
