I have Cubease 9.5 pro, but I’m not sure it works properly
Some of the things are locked. How to activate them ?
here is an example :
I watched this video Chord Pads, Chord Assistant & Modes | New Features in Cubase Pro 8 - YouTube
explaining how to work with Chord Pads. And when I tried to do the same, some buttons are locked. 
I had a similar experience with another preset.
Please help if you can.
