Cubase 9.5 registered on an unknown account

Hello,

I am currently working in a studio where cubase was installed and registered on an unknown account, on the main account only cubase 8 appears. I have the elicenser and cubase 9.5 installed everything is fine, I just need to upgrade to cubase 10 and I don’t think I can before fixing this. Are there any ways to find out on which account cubase 9.5 is registered? Or can I just simply get cubase 10 and register it in elicenser, will it work that way?

Hi,

It doesn’t matter, where is Cubase installed. Just make sure the eLicenser Control Center is installed. Then you can see the license and you can upgrade the license to Cubase Pro 10.
