I’m running Cubase Pro 9.5.41 on a Mac (high sierra 10.13) but am having problems with the new RME UFX II interface I recently purchased. The output is fine but anytime I monitor an input channel, I hear a pretty terrible digital distortion to the sound. If I monitor the input through total-mix is sounds absolutely perfect but the second it hits Cubase, I get something similar to bit-crushing or maybe even sample rate reduction. I have updated the RME drivers and firmware and again, it works just fine with core audio.
I searched around the forums but couldn’t find anything that seemed relevant. Can anyone help me please?
