Can anybodi tell how could I add more rests to multiple rests if for example I delete notes and the numberr of empty bars increases after a layout has been established?

It is automatic, but not always. Sometimes they unite as soon as I delete notes and the bars get empty, but sometimes I have rests that stay separate and don’t want to unite even though their number is far above the number defined in the Settings.
Is it possible that you’re in Edit mode? It’s only available in Page Mode.
Thank you Steve! I got it! . There were “invisible” notes. When I deleted them the rests united.
