Cubase 9.5 stop starting again!?!?

After my Windows 10 clean reinstall started to happen something strange…
First after Win installation I installed my Cubase also again but It not start. I stopped suddenly after star and notify “Skin file Skinnot found”
I downloaded Cubaser 9.5 Installer again and install it second time…Then It started work normally… But When I installed my Groove agent 4 back …same happen! Skin file missing???

Have anybody idea what it could be!?!?

What graphics card do you have? Could you try to downgrade your driver (if it’s NVIDIA)? Search for the relevant NVIDIA article at Steinberg Knowledge base, please.
