Pc User here. The tempo track is off the screen and I’m zoomed out as far as I can go. I also can’t make the track any larger to see my tempo changes above where they are currently visible.
BEHOLD! I bestow to you the power of clicking and dragging the tiny number! 
Edit: Pah, the gif cropped the very start out. Just click and drag on either number, and you can adjust the tempo range of the track.
