cubase 9 artist updated since the cubase 9.5 pro?

Hello, here I have a huge problem, I currently cubase 9 artist and I do not have a lot of plugins to mix my voice correctly, I wondered if I do the update of cubase pro to 9 j ’ would have a little more choice in terms of plugins? If I ever update the cubase artist 9 to the pro 9.5 I would have a better quality recording and would I have new plugins than in the artist 9?

Can I get my money back if I ever made mistakes by mistaking the update?

I don’t believe that they would refund your money for the unwanted software but… I suggest that you try the Cubase Pro 30 day trial version and decide for yourself if it is worth it.
