Cubase 9 how to quantiz individual midi tracks not gloablly

So I have always been able to quantize individial tracks using the quantize function on the top of the midi track window when it’s open. Now in 9 it seems to only quantize the Grid of the whole project?

What am I doing wrong here?

I just want to add swing or add a different grid quantize to a midi track not the whole project.im pretty sure I don’t have to use groove quantize for this.

Hi,

If you open any MIDI Editor, and don’t select any MIDI data, the quantise is applied to the whole MIDI Part (all data in the editor). If you select any MIDI data in the editor, the quantise is applied to the selected data.
