cubase 9 pro boxed version

Hi, I just purchased Cubase 9 Pro boxed version and it come with one dongle USB key and a piece of paper with authorization code. Is that correct of that’s all include boxed version?

When I download installation of Cubase 9, would it be include all the contents including samples of soft-instrument?

Yes, the full installer (10GB) includes the whole library including samples of virtual instruments.
