Cubase 9 Yamaha MOXF 8 Steinberg UR 242

Hi,

I recently purchased the Steinburg UR 242 audio interface and am planning to purchase the Yamaha MOXF8 keyboard. I am running Cubase 9 Elements. I plan to connect the MOXF 8 to my Windows 10 computer via its USB connection and to have other hardware connect via the UR 242. How can that be setup within Cubase?

Hi and welcome,

To get the Sound of MOXF to Cubase, you Jave to use the MOXF as an Audio Device, or you have to connect its Line Out to the Line In of UR242 and Record it as an Audio track.
