Yes, i did. While I see the cubase Ai 15 in my products at tge download assistant i dont see anything in the Activation manager. When I redeem the code it tries to use the old code that points to the old elicenser which is no longer available and Iā€™m stuck in this loop

What code are you trying to redeem exactly. Have you been sent a new code?

I think there is some confusion hereā€¦..from the wording of your first post it sounded like you had been given an update codeā€¦.but I guess you actually you just need Matthias to supply you a new code.

Is your C11 AI already registered in your MySteinberg accountā€¦.if so they will apply the upgrade to it.

Yes version-11 is registered in my account.

I have Cubase LE 11 installed on an old computer that was unable to run newer versions. I now have a new computer and would like to purchase the Elements 15 upgrade for it. The Activation Manager only shows a WaveLab LE license while my account shows Cubase LE with the Soft e-Licenser. Am I still able to upgrade?

Avihayc, there is a license for Cubase AI in Steinberg Licensing available for you now.
You can find it in the Steinberg Activation Manager.

@Matthias_Quellmann @Ed_Doll I have Cubase LE AI Elements 11 and Iā€™m just figuring out that I need your assistance with upgrading from 11 to 13 so I can then purchase and upgrade to Elements 15.

Hi, you do not have a Cubase LE or AI license but a Cubase Elements license that wasnā€™t registered. I found the USB-eLicenser and registered it for you. An update to Cubase Elements 15 from Cubase Elements 11 can be made now with the old license registered.

I also face same issue when transfering Cubase LE AI Elements 11 from my old notebook to new PC (Elicenser), Could you please help me transfer this software to new system ? (Steinberg Licensing).
