Cubase AI 13 fails to start (kernelbase.dll)

Hello guys
A few days ago, i got cubase ai 13 buying yamaha thr5
So i downloaded cubase and i started
But i couldn’t start it with this message
If you know about this pls help me…

Sorry to hear about your crash. As mentioned in the dialog, we would need to get our hands on the corresponding DMP files. You can find it in Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps.
