I am having an issue with importing files, After I import the file, I am not getting a waveform, but I get audio for my track that I import, is there a reason why my waveform won’t show up?

Did you try to drag and drop into the open track ? I don’t know why that’s happening.
Is this happening for all audio tracks? Even for newly recorded events?
If so, check your preferences for something like “show audio waveforms”.
