Hello, I’ve recently purchased a UR12 audio interface that comes with Cubase AI 7. I have tried to download the software with the given download access code, but I was told that my download code had already been used. After following the advice of Joel Cragg (licence expirated - Cubase - Steinberg Forums), I registered my Soft eLicenser code on mySteinberg, but there was no valid Steinberg product license found. What do I do? Please help, and thanks in advance
