I’ve upgraded from Cubase AI 9 to 9.5 and I’m having trouble activating the license.
In my “mySteinberg” account the Cubase version has not been updated and I can not activate the new version.
I have sent several times email to support (Yamaha Brazil), but I did not have success in the service.
Has anyone ever had this problem?
I’m looking to upgrade to Cubase Elements, but I’m not feeling confident that I’ll be able to activate.
