Hi all, PLEASE help me find a solution to a big problem 
I just bought a Steinberg UR22 from a secondhand dealer. The device works fine but I am unable to download Cubase AI.
I have the original disks and access code but when I enter it, it informs me that the code is being used by another user!
There is no online help and can’t seem to find someone who could guide me in the right direction.
PLEASE can someone help me in reclaiming my access code to download AI and start using my UR22
