Cubase AI didn't register in Mysteinberg account

Cubase AI didn’t register in Mysteinberg account properly and now I can’t reactivate on my new pc. Everything was working fine on my old pc but it seems that because it didn’t fully register now I simply cannot reactivate my product. You keep sending me my activation license and obviously the message “The eLicenser assigned to this Activation Code was already registered by another user.” shows up… even though it’s me at the first place… Please help, now I’m stuck and nothing works. I tried deactivating elicenser on my old pc and now, well, nothing! No more cubase on either computers… :question: :question: :question:
