Hello, I’ve recently purchased the UR12 audio interface which comes with Cubase AI 7. When I entered in my download access code I got the error that it’s been already used by another user. After browsing the forums I used eLicenser Control Center to register my eLicenser at MySteinberg, but it said that there was no valid Steinberg license found. Using the “Maintenance” option does not help. In other words, the eLisencer Control Center sees my license (Labeled as Cubase Elements 7 Trial), but MySteinberg does not. What do I do? Contact your local dealer, please. In this case, the official Steinberg support has to check the Activation code, when, by whom, and why it was already used.
