I bought two UR44 soundcards from Guitar Center shop and they we’re on rebate, so the Cubase AI key is missing for both of the soundcards. i think that the guys that returned the cards forgot or they just kept the serials for themselves! i registered my cards, but how can i do to get at least a copy of the Cubase AI???

Go to the dealer and complain they are missing. Nothing Steinberg can do for you in this regard i think.
What KHS said. If you bought them in person go back to the shop and insist on getting new boxes (not returns) with the original paperwork. If you do not have the sheets with the codes they did not give you everything you have paid for.
