Hello, I have Cubase AI 11 registered in mySteinberg. The license for this AI 11 version is managed by eLicenser, which is now discontinued. When I run the Download Assistant, both Cubase AI 11 and AI 15 appear as available, but neither of these licenses shows up in the Activation Manager. Could someone please help me with this issue?
Cubase 11 is using the old eLicenser system and will never appear in the Activation Manager.
