I’m a new Steinberg customer/musician.
If somebody has time, i’m having some troubles downloading Cubase AI7 on my Window 7.64bit. I purchased the Steinberg UR22.
I went through the eLicense step, but have to wait for the Software to download.
I’ve registered my access code,
i’ve clicked Download for Windows 7,
and wait…
then it just seemed to struggle to download for hours… 5hours to go, then 4,5,4… then after a few hours of what seemed like absolutely no progress, the downloading process FAILED.
The Cubase AI 7 window at the bottom of my screen left corner indicates it was a Zip file - i would imagine.
Maybe someone could walk me through this?
