Cubase AI7 start up stops on initializing:Video File Handling

Hi!

After some years I’m trying to open Cubase AI7 on Windows 10 but it won’t start. Startup stucks in initializing: Video File Handling when a WIndows Installer takes over and Prepares to install something. And this is where the startup gets stuck. If I press cancel it stays stuck as well on cancelling.
The software used to open with no trouble.
What should I do?

Solved: It was issue with UR22 drivers. Updating the drivers solved this and startup went smoothly.
