Cubase Ai7 - Yamaha MOXF6

Hi,

I have bought Yamaha MOXF6, in box there was a download code.
I put the download code to “My Steinberg” and it is telling me that “My activation code have been already used”
What is going on ??

One possible reason is you bought your keyboard second hand, and the previous owner already downloaded the included copy of Cubase AI.

I have the same problem here. I bought it new.
