I bought the UR44 and it came with the Al download. But every time I try to download Al or DSP Mix Fx it fails. Has anybody else had this problem. The computer I try to download with is not my main music machine(the main computer runs windows 7 and the internet box runs vista). Because like most I don’t like to connect the main computer to the internet. And I don’t have issues downloading software from other sites. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Some modems or internet provider have problems downloading big files. I bet you will not be able to download other gigabyte files either. Try to download it at a friends computer.
