Hi,
I have noticed that my guitar audio in Helix Native VST sounds cleaner / more clear when using a VST wrapper (SAVIhost) than it does in Cubase. I am using stock settings in both applications and hardware levels etc.
But the Cubase signal seems to be more distorted and suffering from some additional gain. The recorded signal through SAVIhost is louder and less distorted.
I realise it is probably just a setting I am no t aware of but I would appreciate any help in resolving this.
