Cubase and markers to hitpoints in Sibelius

Cubase has an option to save markers in a midi file and Sibelius has an option to import markers as hitpoints.
It used to work in preivious versions (I forgot which versions…) - but now it doesn’t… - so is Cubase or Sibelius (or me…) to blame ?
