Cubase application startup

Hallo, I’m new to this forum and hope for some quick help with my two questions:

1. Is there a way to automatically activate the currently loaded project, also if there are other projects already loaded?
2. Is it possible to send MIDI Programme Changes (and other) commands when activating a project, to do some preparation pefore starting the track?

This is not possible anymore. It was by default like this in previous Cubase versions, but the users asked for the change to don’t activate the project automatically.

If these data are stored in the Inspector, then they are sent out while loading the project.
