This might be a stupid question but is there an arpeggiator built into Cubase Elements 8.5? I’ve been looking around and cannot find any good info on this. Thanks.

I’m not 100% sure in Cubase Elements. In Cubase Pro, there are 2 Arpeggiators. You can find them as a MIDI Insert effects.
