I bought and activated Cubase Artist 11 today, and set to work making a project, yet when I attempt to enable more than 10 or so tracks, the whole program crashes and exits. I have around 50 or so other tracks, all disabled.
I reset and repaired all my VST instrument installations and made sure everything was installed properly and in its default paths. I reset Cubase to its factory settings [in Safe Mode]. I also have a MIDI controller (Nektar Impact LX25+) connected.
My computer has high-end hardware and is running Windows 10 Pro with no technical hardware issues present. I have made multiple restarts and the like, but to no avail.
Additionally, Cubase Artist 11 does not appear as a redeemed product in the Steinberg Download Assistant. I activated Cubase through a program launch using the activation code and eLicenser USB once I downloaded the software.
Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks.
