Recently upgraded from Cubase 12 Artist and all seemed well - Now as I work through a project I get an increasing number of lines of little white dots (pixels) across all the working areas - If I change any of the panels the dots disappear then start building up again - Doesn’t seem to affect any functionality, wasn’t a problem with the previous version 12 and doesn’t happen on other software - Has anybody had something similar or can you suggest a solution? Thanks
Hi and welcome to the forum,
Are you on Mac or Windows? What graphic card do you use? Is the driver up to date? Do you use a HIDPI screen?
Hi Martin, appreciate you responding - I’m a pretty basic user but have managed move from version 8 to version 12 through the years with no issue or simply googling for an answer - The HP PC is due for replacement next year but still going strong at the mo: Windows (Intel(R) Core™ i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.41 GHz - The Graphics are what came integrated in the machine and the monitor is a standard HP Full HD 27" IPS LCD Monitor 75hz - I think all the drivers have been updated on a regular basis - I’ve tested an older project on Cubase Artist 12 which works fine on the same PC but again this has the white dots/lines that start to appear when using Cubase Artist 13 on the same PC- Move the screen or change the layout and they go away (only to come back again bit at a time? - Thanks
Hi,
Could you attach a screenshot, please?
Could you investigate, what graphic card is it?
