HI, just upgarded from xp to windows 8 running cubase artist 6 64bit i have a presonus usb interface box which is losing it’s signal and distorting,Iv’e gone to the device manager and hit control pannel but nothing comes up so I’m confused as to where the buffer settings are,if that indedd is my problem.

Is your asiodriver from presonus the right one for windows 8?
I’m not sure it was downloaded for me by someone who said he got the correct one to work with windows8
Some asiodrivers do not allow you to change settings by means of the control panel. Mine does not for example, I have to shut down cubase and change buffer size in the driver program itself.
