Cubase Artist 7 and VST Amp Rack. Included?

Hi,
I bought Cubase Artist 7 and if I am understanding the “What’s Included” PDF of the features correctly - I should have this VST but don’t see it in my VST Instruments.

Any pointers are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
