Cubase Artist 9 - No sound

Hi,

Just installed Cubase, I can audition VST instruments and hear their sounds OK. Can’t hear anything in the media bay, and when drag loops from the media bay to the project area and play back I can’t hear them either.

Have searched for an answer and please note that Cubase Artist does not have Control Room so that fix is unavailable.

Is there an email address for tech support I can contact about this? The purchase of Cubase has been really anti-climactic seeing as I can’t really use it yet. :frowning:
