I see that the USB eLicenser is included with Cubase Artist:
If I buy the download version, will it be mailed to me?

If you are purchasing the full version from the Steinberg site then you will receive a box which includes the elicenser. If you are purchasing an upgrade version that is downloaded then you will not receive one and you will have to it purchase separately. The site lists the upgrade versions that require you to purchase the separate USB elicenser. The versions that don’t list it assume you already have one because you are upgrading from a version that requires one.
