Cubase Artist launches instead of Cubase

I have Cubase Pro License.
Cubase Pro 10.5 license is listed in my licenses list in latest eLicenser Control Center app.

I installed Cubase 10.5.20 on my iMac Retina 5K 2017 / Catalina 10.15.6.
But when I click app icon of Cubase, Cubase Artist launches instead of Cubase Pro.
Sometimes Cubase Pro launches, but Cubase Artist launches usually, so I have to try launching the app multiple times to launch Cubase Pro every time.

It is so frustrating because this takes several minutes.
Japanese support center says they have no idea to fix this issue.

If I understand correctly, you have two Windows systems on the same computer but on two different hard drives.
The question might be stupid, but do you have two copies of the Elicenser Control Center on two different disks as well? And are they both quite up to date?
Personally, the only complicated problems I ran into was specifically with a version of this program that I thought was up to date (though it was specified.

Thanks for the reply.
Catalina is installed on my iMac, and there is no other operating systems installed.
It has one fusion drive with single partition.

did you uninstalled the Artist version?

Artist and Pro are the same executable files, the license determines whether you get the full Pro set of features or just the Artist ones.
