Cubase Artist upgrade from 8.5 to 9.5 - Download assistant problem

Hi,

I have just bought the upgrade for Cubase 9.5 Artist from 8.5 Artist.
However, after opening the Steinberg Download Assistant it only shows the Upgrade from Cubase Artist 9 to 9.5

I’ve also contacted support but thought I may get a faster response from you guys.

Have I done something wrong here? Or should I be downloading the one shown?

It’s a new major version so you cannot download an upgrade only. You need to download the full 9.5 installers and it will install next to Cubase 8 versions so you can have both versions or you can uninstall the old version.
