Cubase checking for plugins on startup every time

It start checking for plugins on startup too often and due to many plugins it takes for 10 minutes.
Now it even start doing in every two days. I teach people and they wait until Cubase finishes this check. So frustrating!!!
Where to turn this check off?

Hi,

There are two plug-in checks. During the very 1st start, Cubase does a deeper test, so it takes longer. Once this is done, Cubase does just quick check during the next starts, which is faster.

You cannot disable any of these plug-ins check.
