After installing the Dorico 5 upgrade yesterday Cubase (up to date) refuses to respond to CC11 and CC1 messages for recording. If a previously recorded file has those messages Cubase responds just fine. It’s like a MIDI filter has kicked in somehow allowing only CC7 messages in. I cannot seem to find it. This affects not only my templates but any completely new files as well. Any ideas? All suggestions appreciated.
This problem was solved on the Dorico forum. Somehow (User Error) my Nektar P1 was assigned to Quick Controls. Once disconnected (selecting “not connected”) all is well.
