After installing Cubase Pro 12 on my laptop the vstsound files which support the ‘Cubase Content’ was not registered with Library automatically.
I had to open the directory “C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase 12\VST Sound” and open one of the vstsound files to manually register it with the Library Manager.
