Hi Guys i’ve just upgraded my Windows 10 CPU/RAM/Motherboard and now my projects crash frequently.

Cubase Elements 11.0.30.419 64bit 2021.11.6 19.26.14.770.dmp (1.0 MB)

Cubase crash into safe mode
The application was terminated with an error whilst executing the following file:
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase LE AI Elements 11\Cubase LE AI Elements 11.exe
If this error persists, please send the following log file to technical support:
C:\Users\minds\Documents\Steinberg\CrashDrumps\Cubase Elements…etc.dmp

Update to the latest Cubase 11.0.40, please. If it’s still crashing, upload the latest (11.0.40) crash, please.

Hi Martin,
Please let me know what you can extract from the crash log.

FYI - I’ve temporarily been able to improve stability by reducing the RAM clock speed from 3200Mhz to 2400Mhz, even though my RAM is marketed as a 3200Mhz speed. Lets hope it stays good !

When does it crash, please? Any specific task?

Have you tried to reinstall Cubase after the motherboard upgrade? Make sure, you install it as administrator, please.

What is your motherboard, please?
