Cubase Crash when using project logical editor "name contains" to hide track

Replicate issue:

  • create empty session
  • create vst track
  • open project logical editor
  • under filter target choose: name -> contains -> “bass” or what you might have called it.
  • under action target choose: Track Operation -> Hide Track -> Toggle
  • cubase crash immediately.

This doesn’t happen with MIDI tracks, but it does with VST instruments and Audio tracks.

Cubase 9.0.3, OSX 10.12.6

Didn’t find that post when searching for similar problems.
Want to remove this post now then, but can’t seem to find any way to do it…
